Singapore Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam to Visit Udupi, Kollur

Singapore’s Minister for Law and Minister for Home Affairs Shanmugam is scheduled to visit Udupi district on September 22 as part of his tour programme, according to official sources.
As per the tour schedule, the minister is scheduled to depart from Mysuru by helicopter at 11.30 am and arrive at the Adi Udupi helipad at 12.30 pm. He will visit Sri Krishna Math in Udupi before departing from the Adi Udupi helipad by helicopter at 2 pm.
The helicopter is scheduled to arrive at the Byndoor Arashiroor Helipad at 2.45 pm. From Byndoor, the minister will proceed to Kollur Temple and stay at the Kollur Guest House.
As per the schedule the helicopter will take off from Kollur and proceed to Mangaluru Airport, from where the minister will continue his tour.
Udupi District Police have directed the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kundapur, to provide escort, personal security and residential guard arrangements during the minister’s visit, stay and travel within the jurisdiction. Additional security arrangements may also be made depending on the local situation.
