“May Goddess Chamundeshwari bless everyone visiting the grand Mysuru Dasara from across India and abroad, and may their sorrows be removed,” Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar said on Wednesday. He was speaking to the media at Mysuru Airport on Wednesday.
“Young men and women have introduced Dasara to the entire country by creating reels. I have received reports that many visitors who have come to witness Dasara are unable to find accommodation, as rooms are fully booked everywhere. The police department is working efficiently to ensure that there are no traffic congestion issues,” he said.
“Our public representatives and officials have informed me that the air show and Kambala were organised very well. Everyone’s cooperation is essential for the success of such events. Watch the upcoming programmes and share your feedback. Your cooperation is very important,” he added.
